01 — Overview

Overview

Most small companies that bought an ERP system did not need one. Most of those that genuinely did need one bought the wrong thing. This book exists to make both outcomes less likely for you.

I write it from the side that builds and sells these systems, which is a fair reason to discount my advice — so chapter two is a blunt ten-question test that may well end with you closing the book and keeping your money. If that happens, the book did its job.

It is not a technology book. There are no database comparisons and no architecture diagrams. It is about the decisions a buyer makes, because those decide the fate of the project — not the programming language it was written in.

06 — Questions, answered

Questions, answered

Will this try to sell me a system?

No, and it says so on the first page. Chapter two is a test whose result is often “you do not need one now,” and chapter four explains at length when off-the-shelf beats custom. A book that only pointed at me would be worth nothing to you.

Do I need a technical background?

No. Nothing in it requires one. It is written for an owner or operations manager at a company of roughly five to fifty people.

What exactly do I receive?

Both editions (Arabic and English) in two formats each: an interactive reader that tracks your progress and resumes where you stopped, and a designed print-ready PDF.

How do I pay and get access?

There is no online payment on this site. Send the request form, I contact you personally and arrange the payment with you (cash or local transfer), then you get a one-time activation code for one device with lifetime access.

What exactly am I buying, and what if something goes wrong?

A one-time purchase with lifetime access — no subscription and no renewal. Access is bound to one device and one browser: if you change device or clear your browser data, it needs a reset, which is free and done the same business day on WhatsApp. If you have not opened the content, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase. All of this is agreed before you pay, and no payment ever happens on this site.
