01 — Overview

Overview

Everyone repeats the same warning: do not paste sensitive data into AI tools. And nobody follows it — because it does not say where the line is. Whoever reads it knows a password is forbidden, then stands in front of a contract carrying a client’s name, or a complaint message, or a payroll sheet, and finds no answer. So they paste, because the work has to get done.

The frame that makes it answerable: an AI tool is not a special case. It is a third party — like your accountant, your supplier and your hosting company. And you already know how to deal with third parties: you ask what they do with what you hand over, and you decide what they get.

So this course will not ask you to stop. I use these tools daily and the benefit is real. It asks for one thing: that you know what leaves your side, and that your team knows it by a rule applicable in three seconds.

02 — What you will learn

What you will learn

The café question: one sentence that classifies anything in front of you in three seconds

What actually happens when you paste — the account type, the settings, and who can see it

Green, amber and red: the classification list your team uses daily, with your own examples

Redaction in two minutes — and the test that proves the benefit survives it

The aggregation trap: three harmless pastes that together are not harmless

Twelve questions to vet any tool — and the AI features already embedded in tools you use

Shadow use, and why every ban without an approved alternative creates it

A one-page policy your team signs, and the blame-free reporting rule that makes speed possible

Third parties: your accountant pastes your budget, and the contractual clause that governs it

The output side: confident wrong facts, references that do not exist, and what you answer for

The incident: revoke the key first, then delete — and why deletion alone fixes nothing

A capstone of four documents and a 32-question audit you re-run after three months

06 — Questions, answered

Questions, answered

Does it tell me to stop using AI tools?

No, and it says so explicitly. I use them daily and the benefit is real. A blanket ban forfeits that benefit and does not even work — it just moves the use somewhere you cannot see. The course governs the use instead: a rule for what leaves, an approved tools list, and a policy your team signs.

Does it cover specific tools?

Deliberately not — it does not name a single one. Tools change every few months and a list of names expires before you read it. Instead you get twelve questions that vet any tool, past or future, and a lesson on the AI features quietly embedded in tools you already pay for.

Is this legal advice?

No. Where confidentiality or notification obligations come up — and they do, in several lessons — the course tells you to consult your lawyer, your syndicate, or the competent body, because what applies to you depends on your sector and your contracts. What it gives you is the method and the documents to bring to that conversation.

How does it relate to the cyber security courses?

They protect what comes in — accounts, devices, fraud. This one governs what goes out, through a channel none of them covers: your own team pasting your data into a third party, willingly and for a good reason. It assumes no prior course and repeats none of them.

How do I pay and get access?

There is no online payment on this site. Send the request form, I contact you personally and arrange the payment with you (cash or local transfer), then you get a one-time activation code for one device with lifetime access.

What exactly am I buying, and what if something goes wrong?

A one-time purchase with lifetime access — no subscription and no renewal. Access is bound to one device and one browser: if you change device or clear your browser data, it needs a reset, which is free and done the same business day on WhatsApp. If you have not opened the content, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase. All of this is agreed before you pay, and no payment ever happens on this site.
